National Awards Nomination FormsAttached are the 18 new Awards Nomination forms for personal and unit awards. They are all marked "Effective February 2024". Previous editions are canceled and will not be accepted for this iteration of awards. GEC-specific nomination forms (i.e. Lee Chalice and Gold Star) have been disseminated to members of the GEC via a separate email. This year's award nomination period begins at 0001, 01MAR2024 and ends 2359, 01APR2024. This gives you an entire month plus one day to get nominations submitted for consideration. Except for the Military Service Awards, nominations should be submitted via the new Awards email address awards. mosb@gmail.com MSA applications should be sent via the Executive Director at Nominations received outside these date-time parameters will not be accepted nor returned.
