On Monday, August 1st, 2022, the Lawrence Sullivan Ross Chapter 184 held it's Monthly Convivial Dinner and Awards Ceremony at Blanco BBQ in San Antonio, Texas. During the meeting two new members were inducted:

- Texas Society Lone Star Leadership Award and Medal to Former Commander Sanford Reed, DCS.
- Texas Society Letter of Appreciation to Texas Society Surgeon General Doctor Richard Neel (in his absence, presented to his Father-in-law).
- Texas Society Letter of Appreciation to Texas Society Judge Advocate General Judge Ed Butler (has COVID, not able to attend).
- Texas Society Letter of Appreciation to Chapter Commander Raymond Reeves.
- Texas Society Letter of Appreciation to Texas Society Graves Administrator Dale Tidwell (presented at Texas Society Reunion).
- National MOS&B Colonel John Pelham Legion of Merit Award to Commander Raymond Reeves.
- National MOS&B Major General Patrick R. Cleburne Meritorious Service Award to Lieutenant Commander Yancey Swearingen.
- National MOS&B Lieutenant Charles Read Meritorious Service Award to Adopt-a-Confederate-Officer’s-Grave Chairman Frank Kebelman.
- National MOS&B Lieutenant Charles Read Meritorious Service Award to Quartermaster John McCammon.
- National MOS&B General Thomas Jackson Award to Commander Raymond Reeves (Second Award).
- National MOS&B General Thomas Jackson Award to Lieutenant Commander Dale Tidwell (Eleventh Award).
- National MOS&B Military Service Medal to Compatriot Rusty Harris (in his absence award presented to Compatriot McCammon who will present to him at his SCV camp meeting).
- National MOS&B Senior Life Member Certificate to Compatriot Joe Ware (presented to him at his home prior to this meeting).
